With this service, you can enjoy a thorough and efficient cleaning of your space on a one-time basis, weekly, or bi-weekly to suit your needs! Whether you have a studio or a two-bedroom condo in Downtown Miami, our professional cleaners are here to assist you.

APPOINTMENT
Bedroom, Living Room & Common Areas
Dust all accessible surfaces
Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures
Make beds with existing linen (washing linens will incur extra time)
Vacuum and steam mop floors
Pick up clothes off floor, fold, and place on a chair
Take out garbage and recycling.
Bathrooms
Dust all accessible surfaces
Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures
Wipe door handles and light switches
Wipe down all tile walls
Wash and sanitize the toilet, shower, bathtub, and sink
Vacuum, or sweep and mop floor surfaces
Take out garbage and change bag
Kitchen
Empty sink and load dishwasher with dirty dishes (may incur extra time)
Wash and scrub sink
Wash cabinet faces and appliances
Clean inside and outside of the microwave
Dust and wipe clean countertops surfaces including tiles or backsplash
Wipe mirrors and glass fixtures
Wipe down the stove, outside oven and outside the fridge
Sweep, clean and steam mop all floor surfaces
Take out garbage and recycling

For a deeper clean, consider adding one or more cleaning extras. Extras may incur extra time.

At Casa Bella Clean Services we provide our own non-toxic cleaning supplies and top of the line equipment. This includes a top of the line vacuum cleaner and steam mop for a thorough job. There is absolutely no need for you to purchase any additional cleaning supplies or pay for equipment! However, if you have any preferences on specific cleaning products to be used in your home, our cleaning professionals are happy to accommodate. Simply leave the products out, and we’ll take care of it!
